WHY DID IT HAPPEN?

Self  Preservation or survival is perhaps the most natural of all the Instincts in all  living beings.
If we scrutinize further, we shall see that this is present even in the unicellular organisms, like amoeba  & also  seen in all cells & cell organelles.
But, how some times, we see someone killing himself ? This counters the most basic of all the Instincts. Is it only found in the human beings and not in other creatures? If so, then, Is it the price of evolution we humans have to pay and are paying?
Yesterday only, one of my close acquaintance, was brought to me in a state of coma. He had poisoned him self. The day before, he had visited me with his wife , who had certain ailment.
He was an old man, retired from his service and was getting enough pensions to live a comfortable life. I am really perplexed as to what brought him to such a pass. If he had some  Psychological problem, as many would say, in that case, he could have done it long back.
Why did it happen now? Psychiatrists may have some solid explanation for that. But, that again will open a new Pandora's box.
Probably, it is an impulse or a state of psychic seizure, which lasts  for a moment, but finishes every thing in a single stroke. Here are beautiful lines from the Bhagwad Gita;

Eternal Yearning

Life, ye so mysterious ,yet so  simple.
As a child, I wished I could fly with the Eagles high in the sky.
 growing up ,I was focused on studies to make a good carrier.
 Spring of the life was spoilt thus,
Now, dusk is approaching fast,
And so is the utter confusion , as to what for this all was?
I tried hard to search a meaning, but in vain....
I tried to find an ideal,  that too in vain,
I tried to take pride in the service of the humanity,
But it was too hypocritical .
I am bewildered & utterly confused,
What inference should I make when I leave this earth?
Perhaps, it was the childhood, pure & innocent
 the real meaning & so close to  the truth........

It is almost  more than a year that I felt an urge to write something on my blog.
I personally feel that writing is more of an art, Art to play with the  words. it does not really reflect the truth, I mean the Individual  truth. If one is good at this art, he can camaflouge  for any thing.So this is perhaps the reason for my displeasure to write......
BUT ,inherent biological & evolutionary  trait to communicate  with  the society, no matter how small it may be, compells me to try this mis- adventure.

I retrospect  and find that i could not become any wiser all through this life. In fact , I feel that i was wiser when i was still a child in my native village. I had a CLEAR VISION , SOUND DREAMS, MY IDEALS, and CLEAR POSITIVE HOPES  for the future.

TODAY, after almost half a century, I am totally bewildered. I lack  a clear vision, an original thought, high dreams or great ideals to follow. WHY did this happen?

I THINK,this is all the result of education. more Educated we are, More cunning & hypocrite we become.
WE LOOSE OUR NATURE BY ACQUIRING THIS SO CALLED EDUCATION. We try very hard to pretend what we are not. We try to rule over the others in  manners which are apparently less barbaric but  in reality  extremely cruel.We invent impeccable arguments to prove our points,Make rules in the parliaments ,implement those laws with immense power which we have cunningly ammased with us.We provoke the less educated(.. read less cunning) masses with our well crafted garbs of NTIONALITY. RELEGEON, REGIONALISM and what not....

Greatest hurdle in humane emancipation has been our ill- conceived Education system where we have produced billions of satanic living robots. and brutalized all humane  values........

Although, anatomically and physiologically we all are more or less the same, but we are very much different at mental level.
Many of us have amassed huge wealth, many have great powers,politically or otherwise, many of us have excelled in academics...
Many of us live in great poverty, they hardly could afford to arrange for their daily meals. Many of our friends are committing suicide out of desperation....
So we all have different states/levels socially, economically and politically.
This is only one side of the picture as these differences may be ascribed to our status which we inherit.
On the other side of the spectrum are the people who, in spite of good educational background, good social standing and power are engaged in perverted activities....
So, the real measure of our status is not our socio,politico,economical status but our level of mental evolution.
All of us are at different stages of mental evolution. It has always been my strong conviction that our purpose is to evolve to the highest level ....
We are destined to achieve it sooner or later. Death is not an end. It is like turning the pages of a note book, every page is in a continuum, till one completes the note book.
Humane is a microcosm and destined to realize  and become one with the macrocosm.

If we realize the ultimate aim of humane existence, our lives will entirely change. The world will be a different place.... This is the utopia which we are destined to realize at different times.

WHATEVER MAY BE OUR MENTAL INCLINATIONS  TOWARDS  THE PREVAILING SOCIO-POLITICAL ENVIRONMENTS IN OUR  SURROUNDINGS, IT DOESNOT HARDLY MATTER,,,,,,,,WHAT REALLY MATTERS IS  THE   REALIZATION  OF THE UNIVERSAL VALUES AND  OUR  FAITH IN THE   TRUTH..............
I CAN NOT DIGEST THE HIPPOCRACY IN OUR DAY TO DAY BEHAVIOUR.  I AM REALLY AMUSED..........
 LIFE IS VERY SIMPLE . NO MATTER HOW MUCH WE TRY TO  COMPLICATE IT, IT REMINDS US OF IT,SSIMPLICITY...........
THERE  HAVE BEEN ENOUGH  TYRANTS IN THE HISTORY  WHO DIED IN  DESPISED ...  CONDITIONS.
IF EACH ONE OF US STARTS LIVING HONESTLY (HONEST TO ONE SELF)  THERE SHALL BE NO PROBLEM,  NO PROBLEM AT .ALL............THIS  WORLD CAN BECOME A BEAUTIFUL PLACE, ALAS; WE START LIVING  HONESTLY,  TRUE TO OUR SELVES........

On Corruption

             


We have large hue &  cry on  corruption and Anna's compaign against corruption.......


My humble submission is as follows... first of all, let us define corruption.  Is  it only taking or giving bribe  or some favour to some near  & dear ones?
In my  opinion, corruption is a perverted state of mind. You can be physically honest &  mentally corrupt  & vice- versa.........
In a platonic  state(.... may call it a utopia.) we must not need any law or a judge to judge us.
Infact it is a shame  on  humanity that  we need so many laws to govern  us.........


We behave as worse as our  animal friends........so  in fact  there  is no need for any lokpal bill or any  other bill  at that....


I  have all  respect & reverence  towards  the people  like Anna & Kejariwal.  They have all good  intentions  & immense  patriotic  feelings  for their country..... may  god bless them all....
all these micro-revolutions have their limited life spans, like us  mortals.....


Bolshevik  revolution( which  in fact was a macro revolution)  had a life span of about one and a half century.


So   was  with other revolutions.  reason  behind this limited span is  not difficult to find.  They  all have the same ideology, i.e.  animosity. hatred,  revenge , reaction......


In this process, revolutionary after certain span  becomes  a new tyrant.....


This  process is  going on since the  time immemorial &  shall  continue...........


Real  revolution  shall come  from within,  when we shall become  enlightened  and realize the real  meaning  of life  as a  whole, there  shall not remain any scope for  animosity ,fear, anger, revenge, reaction & hatred...


We,  as  humane, are destined to rise to that level....sooner or later.....


We are all striving on that path, some are ahead,  some are lagging,  few have not started yet....


Till that dawn,  we shall need these rules to govern  us & and better individuals to manage us(  ..plato"s philosopher king)..,,, but we  must not think these laws an end unto itself.....................

PEACE WITHIN........

I really wonder what really i want from life........I think thi is not only me but millions like me round the world who feel like this............

our fragile existence, no matter how much we boast about our egocentric accomplishments,reminds us of the futility of our very being..........

when we are alone, we feel, alas;; there was somebody to share our feelings........

when we are in a large conglomeration, we try to find space for our selves.

we are never at perfect ease. we always crave for what we do not have......

and this meaningless search goes on & on...........

for me, real peace means ..... deatached attachment..

Aapooryamanaya machala pratishtham,

MEANINING like all the rivers merge into the sea without affecting the real nature of the sea,

so shall all the external distractions enter the man without affecting the real nature.

MAY ALL OF US BE HAPPY......

killing of libiyan ruler Gaddafi by his opponents saddens me. It saddens me not because I was his admirer or loved his ideology......It makes me acutely aware of the fragility and meaninglessness of humane misadventure.till not long back, he was not so bad a villain. suddenly USA & its allies declare him the biggest monster on the earth, albeit after saddam......now they were on hunt and now they successfully eliminated him . what all this implies is that USA & EUROPE determine the morality of all us humans on earth. what they consider right is right and wrong is wrong.

rightly said that might is right.....

I do not foresee any hope of evolution of humans morally & intellectually. We are as cunning as ever. we are less barbaric not because we have evolved as humane but because we have invented newer tools which falsely appear less barbaric.

we are still being governed by the principle of_EYE FOR AN EYE.

DEFINITELY,we all shall be blind one day till some one from some alien planet gives us the sight of wisdom.............

PERSONAL EGOS SHADOWING THE CREATIVITYY

trivialities and practicalities have always bored me a lot.while searching through the posts of old seasoned bloggers, it gives me immense pain that there is a lot of in- fighting amongst them. creative people should have a wider vision as compared to the ordinary persons.

the question arises, why do we write ? is it just to show our colleagues that we are something great,creative people............ or to feel some sort of delusional euphoria........

I personally feel that the real motive of creativity is to quench the inner urge to express oneself irrespective of the world opinion at large.

in this back ground, i do not think if there is any scope for infighting. life is multidimensional and as an individual one can not capture all the dimensions at a given time by oneself. more over, individual brain training and nurturing further blocks our perception. we are used to thinking in a particular manner i.e dimension........

so it is proved without saying that a single individual can not absorb all the facets of a particular thing. we are all humans. each one of us is unique in oneway or the other. nobody is superior or inferior......

SO LET US ALL RESPECT EACH OTHER,S VIEWPOINTS AND TRY TO REACH OUT TO THAT ULTIMATE TRUTH WHICH WE ARE DESTINED TO............. MITRA

There is a talk about IPL not auctioning any player from Pakistan. there was a discussion on the TV. A few of the participants were justifying what IPL board has done was exactly right. I feel very sad about all this. We Indians boast so much of our magnanimity, our philosophy of vasudev kutumbakam, but when it comes to real practice, we are nothing but hypocrates. What ever wrong goes in india- even a bad sneeze, we point towards ISI & Pakistan. Similarly our relations with our minor neighbourers has been like a big boss attitude. On the other hand, we are scared of china so much so that we do not even like to talk of our 1962 humiliation.
INDIA BEING A GREAT COUNTRY should have looked after its small neighbourers as an elder brother. An elder should always show the right path to its younger once. He must ensure lest they not feel his dominance. INDIA has failed always on this account. we have remained too much occupied and suspicious about Pakistan. if we were mature as a nation, we should have taken Pakistan & all our smaller neighbourers into confidence, truly as an elder brother. IN FACT WE COULD HAVE REDEEMED THE PAST.....
INDIAN SUBCONTINENT FROM KANDHAR TO BURMA, WE WERE ONE AND we could have become one. If wall of Germany can fall why can't we do the same.....
But, Alas!!! for our leaders.... how will they propagate the poision of separatism to ensure there rule....
I BELIEVE THAT CITIZENS OF INDIA & PAKISTAN SHOULD themself realize this dream of brother hood and unity. We should not be carried away by propaganda of our respective governments. We were one nation, brothers, and we shall be one again..........

Man's quest for truth is as old as human existence. fundamental questions of
universe & human existance remain as obscure today as they were in the ancient time.
why am I here? IS THERE ANY PURPOSE? Who am I? what about the God?

Questions of Morality & society, Good & bad, Virtue & vice, Life & death, Eternity of soul etc. remain equally unanswered.


HOW WAS THE UNIVERSE CREATED? was there a CREATOR or was it mere an accident? Apparent beauty. harmony & order which we see in the universe is also merely a play of physical laws and exists only by chance and there is no devine play in all existence. human mind will ultimately discover the equations which will solve all above questions once & for all..........????

Human mind is finite and can work only by experience- direct or indirect.I shall honestly try to find out the Truth' ? may be for myself................
